Love your library and want to make an impact while also connecting with others in the community? The Kellogg-Hubbard Library Board of Trustees is seeking two or three new members who reside in Montpelier. Folks with legal, technology, and/ or facilities backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply.
The Board’s role is one of advisement and governance — overseeing policy and strategic direction, while also assisting with leadership and general promotion of the library.
If you would like to help your local community by working to advance the Kellogg-Hubbard Library’s mission to empower community members to become lifelong learners and can commit to spending about four hours per month on Board matters, please consider applying. Application are due: Friday, August 31, at 12 noon.

Two of Montpelier’s trustees are nominated by the Montpelier City Council.
