Museum and Park Passes

The Library offers passes to great Vermont museums, parks, historical sites, and points of interest!

Call the Children’s Library to reserve a pass and make your next family outing cheaper, smarter, and more fun.

Passes sign-out for a three day period and are not renewable. Check with the Children’s department for availability and to make a reservation.

Note that some venues are only open seasonally. Passes offer free admission unless otherwise noted.

The Vermont Division for Historic Preservation’s State-Owned Historic Sites Program encourages the discovery and appreciation of our rich heritage through the stewardship and interpretation of historic sites that evoke an authentic sense of time and place.

Vermont History Museum

The Vermont History Museum is Central Vermont’s destination to learn about the history of the Green Mountain State. Located in the Pavilion Building in downtown Montpelier, it showcases the Vermont Historical Society’s collections through its exhibits and educational programming.
