Get a Library Card - Senior Paid Membership

IF you do NOT fall under one of these categories, you may still apply for a paid membership to the Kellogg-Hubbard Library:

  • Live or pay property taxes in one of our supporting towns (Berlin, Calais, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier or Worcester)
  • Teach or go to a public school in one of our member towns, including CVAE (Central Vermont Adult Education) and CCV (community college of Vermont – Montpelier).

Please note you must be 65 years or older to apply for this card.
