Medical Aid in Dying: Information, Conversation, and Community Education

Join educators from Vermont’s Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) outreach team for an informative and compassionate program designed to help community members better understand MAID and related end-of-life options. This presentation will cover how MAID works, who qualifies, and how to begin the process, the requirements of Vermont’s Act 39, and how to talk with your doctor or other medical providers about your wishes. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn from experienced educators, and share stories in a supportive space
