BTC: Sex Ed with Mosaic

Mosaic Vermont is partnering with the Basement Teen Center to host a Sex Education program this summer! The program will run over four days from Monday June 22nd–Thursday June 25th. Each session will run from 1pm to 3:30pm.
Mosaic Vermont is partnering with the Basement Teen Center to host a Sex Education program this summer! The program will run over four days from Monday June 22nd–Thursday June 25th. Each session will run from 1pm to 3:30pm.
The program is for youth 12-17 years old, regardless of any attendance at the Basement Teen Center and is open to youth from all towns. The program will take place at the Basement Teen Center at 135 Main St., in the basement of Kellogg-Hubbard Library. The BTC offers a substance-free, adult-supervised environment where youth can feel safe, seen, and supported. Youth who complete the program will receive a stipend of $125.
The program will cover the following information:
- Sexual Health and Wellness basics
- Abstinence to Safe Sex Options
- Consent and Healthy Relationships
- STI and HIV Prevention Information
- Pregnancy Prevention Information
There is a limit to the number of youth for this class so don’t wait to sign up!
