Help us set the direction of the Library for the next 3 years by filling out our survey!
We are through phase one of updating our strategic plan for 2026 to 2028! Thank you to everyone who filled out our survey, we received 184 responses.
Next we are collecting feedback from the Library staff and trustees, and analyzing the data from the survey.
After that (over the summer) we will update the strategic plan based on all of that feedback. The draft will go to the trustees and staff for any final edits and then be approved by the board in the fall!

You can find the agendas and minutes for planning meetings on the same page as the trustee minutes. We use our strategic plan to set the direction of the Library and to determine our services, offerings and where we will focus our efforts in the coming years.
The final plan will be a joint effort of the Library trustees, staff & administration and the communities we serve.
