The library’s Impact Report for our last fiscal year is here! Each year we look forward to seeing the results of our work, and this year’s numbers paint a clear picture of KHL’s importance to our communities. Here are some highlights from Fiscal Year 2026:
- Over 160,000 physical items and almost 50,000 digital items borrowed
- Nearly 150,000 unique visits to the library (500 visitors each day!)
- More than 1,000 new library card holders registered
- Almost 12,000 program attendees across 600+ programs
And last but far from least, all of the above and more was supported by over 2,300 volunteer hours from community members! In terms of visitors and borrowing, KHL is one of the busiest libraries in the state. We have so much gratitude to our colleagues, board, and communities that make this work possible.
