NAMI In Our Own Voice is an interactive program led by individuals living with mental health conditions who share their personal experiences to help build understanding and compassion around mental illness. \nThis presentation offers a safe and respectful space for open dialogue. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions\, engage in meaningful discussion\, and gain insight into the challenges and resilience of those navigating mental health journeys. Together\, we can help break stigma and grow a movement toward better support\, awareness\, and well-being for all. \nAll are welcome.
