SUMMARY:Montpelier Senior Activity Center Poetry Reading
DESCRIPTION:Students in the two poetry writing workshops at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center will read a selection of the poems they have written during the past year. There will be a reception hosted by the students immediately after the reading. The event will highlight the creativity of Montpelier’s senior community. The event will be free of charge and open to the public and all ages. Last year the event was filmed by Orca Media and the organizers intend to reach out to Orca again if this application is approved.
